How do I submit my manuscript? ▼
You can submit your manuscript via our Contact page form or by emailing us directly at fastpublishjournal@gmail.com. We accept manuscripts in Word (.docx) or PDF format. After receiving your paper, we'll send a journal matching report within 24 hours.
What happens after I submit? ▼
Our editorial team reviews your manuscript and identifies 2–3 suitable journals from our network within 24 hours. We then discuss the best option with you, prepare your paper for submission (formatting, language editing), and submit on your behalf.
How long does it take from submission to publication? ▼
Most manuscripts are published within 14–28 business days. Our Elite plan offers a 7–14 day express track. The exact timeline depends on the journal's review speed and manuscript readiness. We keep you updated at every stage.
Do I need to do anything during the review process? ▼
Generally, no. We handle the entire process on your behalf. If reviewers request major revisions, we will coordinate with you to address their comments and prepare a revision response letter.
Can I publish a paper that was previously rejected by another journal? ▼
Yes. We frequently help researchers who have faced rejections elsewhere. Our team will review the previous rejection feedback, suggest revisions, and identify the most suitable new journal for your manuscript.

Do I pay before or after acceptance? ▼
After acceptance. We operate on a post-acceptance payment model — you only pay our service fee after your manuscript has been formally accepted by the journal and you have received the official acceptance letter. This is our guarantee to you.
What does the service fee cover? ▼
The service fee covers journal matching, editorial coordination, language editing, formatting, submission management, reviewer response assistance, and ongoing support until your paper is online with a DOI. Article Processing Charges (APCs) to the journal itself, if any, are separate and will be clearly communicated before submission.
What are the Article Processing Charges (APCs)? ▼
APCs vary by journal — from $0 (subscription-based journals) to $3,000+ for high-impact open-access journals. We always provide the exact APC amount before you proceed, and we help you find free or low-cost options where possible.
What payment methods do you accept? ▼
We accept international bank wire transfer, PayPal, Wise (TransferWise), credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency (USDT/Bitcoin). We accommodate researchers from all countries.
📚 Journals & Indexing
Are the journals truly Scopus or WoS indexed? ▼
Yes. We provide the exact journal name, ISSN, and a direct link to its Scopus/WoS/PubMed listing before submission — so you can independently verify indexing status. We never place papers in journals that were removed or delisted from major databases.
Can I choose my preferred journal? ▼
Absolutely. We'll provide a shortlist of 2–3 journals with their quartile, impact factor, APC, and review timeline. You make the final decision. If you have a specific journal in mind, let us know and we'll assess its suitability.
What if my paper gets rejected after you submit? ▼
This is very rare (under 2% of cases). In the event of rejection, we resubmit to another suitable journal at no additional service charge. You never pay unless your paper is ultimately accepted.
Do you support non-English manuscripts? ▼
